He has served as an Executive Pastor, Outreach Pastor, Director of Social Services, Chaplain, and national-level community engagement leader.

He specializes in helping leaders confront and overcome addiction, trauma, leadership burnout, and systems breakdowns with the full power of biblical truth. He refuses to spiritualize harm or water down the process of genuine healing in the name of comfort.

Kelly brings the often-missing piece to ministry: how people actually function inside systems - and how the Spirit of God moves when worship is done with power and intention. With a background in psychology, workforce development, human resources leadership, worship ministry, and program supervision, Kelly has spent years strengthening culture, stabilizing teams, and leading people into the presence of God through anointed visual worship.
Her leadership experience includes staff development and interim supervision in regulated healthcare environments, HR Director overseeing payroll, compliance, benefits, and retention, and worship pastor and volunteer leadership in growing church environments. Kelly leads worship not as performance, but as a weapon of spiritual warfare that opens the door for God to speak, heal, and deliver.
Kelly is known for her prophetic discernment, emotional intelligence, and relational clarity. She sees dynamics others miss: burnout before collapse, quiet disengagement before departure, unspoken grief, and the spiritual warfare behind relational breakdown.
